Fees are payable after each lesson.

All Packages must be paid Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) directly into Alpha Driving School's FNB Bank account. No Cheques can be accepted.

We also have Package deals available.

Please contact the Office for more details or discuss it with your Instructor.

Packages are not refundable.

Should you wish to cancel a lesson, please notify us 24 hours before the lesson should start. Otherwise you will be liable for the fee of a whole lesson.

Although our cars are fully insured, SWIFT ALPHA DRIVING SCHOOL (PTY) LTD. and/or the Instructors or the owner(s) of property where training or testing is conducted, will not be liable for any personal damage, loss or injuries which may occur, in the event that such damage, loss or injury can be attributed to any circumstances beyond SWIFT ALPHA DRIVING SCHOOL (PTY) LTD. and/or the Instructors or the owner(s) of property where training or testing is conducted’s reasonable control.

Swift Alpha Diving school (Pty) Ltd. will not be under any liability for any injury, damage or loss whatsoever or howsoever caused to you while you are undergoing driver training, unless such injury, damage or loss has regard to any circumstances within the business reasonable control and subject to the Road Accident Fund Act as amended from time to time.
Swift Alpha Diving School (Pty) Ltd. shall under no circumstances accept any liability to the you or any third party including the road traffic authorities in the event that he business didn’t/couldn’t reasonably have prevented the occurrence of such event:
In the event of any third party holding Swift Alpha Diving school (Pty) Ltd. liable in the instance it is specifically provided that the learner driver will accept full liability and will indemnify Swift Alpha Diving school (Pty) Ltd. with regards to any, legitimate claim for damages by a third party, damages to the business vehicle, cost and disbursements incurred in any legal matter, fines received from a regulating authority and any other costs, damages, penalties incurred, which is sufficiently connected to the aforementioned.

SWIFT ALPHA DRIVING SCHOOL (PTY) LTD. and/or the Instructors may refuse a student to be tested with our vehicle if it is clear the student is not competent or able to handle the vehicle  safely for the drivers test.

SWIFT ALPHA DRIVING SCHOOL (PTY) LTD. and/or the Instructors may refuse a student lessons if any or all monies up to date is not paid or to be tested if all outstanding fees is not paid before the drivers test start.

Lesgelde is betaalbaar na afloop van elke bestuursles. Alle pakket betalings moet elektroniese oorbetalings (EFT) in Alpha Bestuurskool se FNB Bank rekening gedoen word.

Ongelukkig kan Geen Tjeks aanvaar word nie.

U kan gerus ons kantoor kontak of dit met u Instrukteur bespreek indien u belangstel daarin.

Indien u 'n bestuursles wil kanselleer moet_u_ons asseblief 24 uur voor die aanvang van die les in kennis stel. Anders sal u vir die volle lesgeld aanspreeklik gehou word.

Alhoewel ons motors ten volle verseker is, SWIFT ALPHA BESTUURSKOOL (PTY) LTD. en/of Instrukteur en eienaar(s) van enige eiendom waar opleiding en/of toetsing plaasvind, nie aanspreeklik gehou word vir enige persoonlike skade, verlies of beserings wat opgedoen kan word nie, indien die veroorsaking van sodanige persoonlike skade, verlies of beserings toegeskryf kan word aan enige omstandighede buite SWIFT ALPHA BESTUURSKOOL (PTY) LTD. en/of Instrukteur en eienaar(s) van enige eiendom waar opleiding en/of toetsing plaasvind se redelike beheer.
 

Swift Alpha Bestuurskool (Pty) Ltd. sal onder geen omstandighede aanspreeklik wees vir enige beserings, skade of verlies van watter aard of hoe ookal veroorsaak deur u opgedoen terwyl u die voertuig van die besigheid gebruik, tensy sodanige besering, skade of verlies toegeskryf kan word aan enige omstandighede binne die besigheid se redelike beheer en verder ook onderhewig aan die Padongelukkefonds Wet, soos gewysig van tyd tot tyd:
Swift Alpha Bestuurskool (Pty) Ltd, sal onder geen omstandighede enige verantwoordelikheid aanvaar teenoor u of enige derde party insluitende die Padverkeers Owerheid indien die besigheid nie redelikerwys die veroorsaaking van die gebeure kon verhoed nie:In die geval waar enige derde party Swift Alpha Bestuurskool (Pty) Ltd. aanspreeklik hou in die omstandighede soos bo bespreek word dit spesifiek bepaal dat u volle verantwoordelikheid aanvaar en Swift Alpha Bestuurskool (Pty) Ltd sal vrywaar met betrekking tot enige legitieme eise ingestel deur ‘n derde party, skade aan die besigheid se voertuig, koste en uitgawes in enige regsaksie, boetes ontvang vanaf enige regulerende owerhede en enige ander koste, skade en boetes ontvang, wat verband hou met die voorafgaande.

SWIFT ALPHA BESTUURSKOOL (PTY) LTD. en/of Instrukteur mag enige student weier om die bestuurstoets met ons voertuig te doen as die student nie bevoeg of instaat is om die voeruig behoorlik te beheer nie.

SWIFT ALPHA BESTUURSKOOL (PTY) LTD. en/of Instrukteur mag 'n student lesse weier indien alle vorige les gelde nie betaal is nie of te weier om die bestuurstoets te doen indien alle fooie nie betaal is nie.
